1. Free and Paid Trials
We offer free and paid trials, allowing customers to test our services. We encourage making use of these trials to verify service compatibility and performance.
2. Compatibility Disclaimer
We do not bear any responsibility for refund, return, or exchange requests based on the incompatibility of our products with third-party software (plugins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.). We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs, and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
3. Website Access and Multi-Account Usage
While The IP King strives to provide broad accessibility, we cannot guarantee 100% access to all websites with our proxies or RDP services. Our services can access or unlock approximately 99% of websites, but certain sites may still restrict access.
Additionally, we do not guarantee full compatibility for creating or managing accounts on specific platforms, including single or multi-account use on e-commerce sites, survey platforms, sneaker sites, ticketing websites, and social media. Account creation or usage on these platforms may not always work, and we cannot ensure 100% functionality.
If any of your accounts become restricted or banned on these platforms while using our services, we are not responsible for these outcomes.
4. Non-Refundable Top-Up Balance
All Top-Up Balances are non-refundable once credited.
5. Non-Delivery of Product
If we fail to deliver your purchased product, you are eligible for a full refund. However, please note:
- Payment Gateway Fees: Refunds may exclude payment gateway fees as these are non-refundable in certain cases.
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds processed in cryptocurrency are subject to network fees and currency fluctuations, which are non-refundable.
6. Service Downtime
If proxies, RDP, or VPS are offline for up to 3 days, you may claim a free replacement or a refund for the affected days.
7. Out-of-Stock Proxies
If a purchased proxy is out of stock and has not yet been activated, you may request a replacement or refund.
8. Replacement Policy
Replacement services are available at 50% of the regular product price for the following premium products:
- Monthly Dedicated Static ISP Proxies, including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Comcast, CenturyLink, RNC, Sneaker Proxies, Ticket Proxies, Premium ISP Proxies, UK ISP, and other ISP proxies.
9. Refunds for Residential Proxies GB Pack
No refunds are available for Residential Proxies GB packs.
10. No Refunds for RDP, VPS, Bare-Metal Servers, or Expired Services
Refunds are not available for Remote Desktops (RDP), VPS, Bare-Metal Servers, or expired services.
